This course is offered by a kinesiologist and caters to both beginners and more advanced in training. It offers a complete, original and motivating workout. This hour class proposes several exercises using body weight in general, however, a variety of equipment will be used to increase difficulty when necessary. Everything will be done on a more dynamic background music, but without choreography.
